“The Civil CAD team is a dedicated group that takes pride in the quality and consistency of our work through our diverse skill sets, attention to detail and teamwork. Every person takes ownership of their work and goes above and beyond to ensure that the best final product has been achieved. LDC is unique in that the Civil CAD team works side by side with Engineering during project design. The level of mutual respect between the two departments is unparalleled and makes for a creative, fun and friendly environment. In order to help build this comradery between the departments, EIT’s spend some time in the CAD department before moving over to Engineering. This helps EIT’s with understanding of the design process and proficiency in what needs to be provided to CAD. The team as a whole not only welcomes, but looks forward to any challenge whether it is meeting a deadline or tackling something new that has not been done.” – LDC CAD Manager
