We are proud to announce the opening of the LDC, Inc. Olympia office. This addition to our current footprint will allow LDC, Inc. to reach civil engineering and land development clients in the southern region (Capitol area) of the state. There are five engineer professionals who call the Olympia office home with the intention to expand services and offerings as we grow our team. The Olympia LDC, Inc. office opened in January 2022, and we look forward to ringing in a new year and new opportunities to serve clients. In this office, we plan to provide our clients with the same “Service Above the Standard” that you can expect from our affiliated offices.
Joining the Olympia office are five new employees with a strong focus on civil engineering and land use planning. Our professionals are eager to set their roots in a place they already call home and continue the level of standard that LDC clients expect from the LDC team.
As we work to meet our client’s needs, we also aim to strongly consider the needs and priorities of the employees in our offices by providing a work-life balance, a minimal commute time, and access to affordable and quality housing. The new office is 4 miles from I-5, close to a surplus of new development, and offers a private-sector role in an area that is public-sector dominated. We hope that this expansion will serve existing clients, new clients, and professionals who are looking to join a dynamic and positive team.
