During the month of July, employees came together to support local students by participating in LDC’s biennial school supply drive. Through the generosity of the team and leadership, more than 400 items were collected for students in the Northshore School District and the Olympia/Tumwater area.
Starting a new school year with the right supplies is critical to student success. Pencils, notebooks, backpacks, and other essentials help children feel prepared, confident, and ready to learn. For many families, these basic items can be difficult to afford, and community support makes a significant difference.
By giving back, the effort not only provides tools for learning but also demonstrates to students that their community believes in them and their future. Supporting education at the local level helps build stronger, more resilient communities where children have every opportunity to thrive.
LDC, Inc. is committed to more than delivering excellent work for clients; the organization is dedicated to strengthening the communities where employees live and work. The school supply drive is one way this value is put into action, making a direct impact on the lives of students and families.
A heartfelt thank-you is extended to every employee who contributed. Whether through donating supplies or helping coordinate the effort, this generosity ensures that local students will start the school year with the resources they need to succeed.
Together, this collective effort is not only helping students but also investing in the future of local communities.
