With an impressive 27-year career, Lance has amassed a wealth of experience in civil engineering design, planning, and project management across a diverse range of public and private projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Lance has directed land activities for development in various residential settings, including single-family homes, townhomes, and low-rise residential developments. His project management skills shine through overseeing multiple projects encompassing engineered roads, site grading, stormwater management, water, and sanitary systems, as well as erosion control plans.
Lance’s extensive knowledge in the phases of public works projects, site design, construction management, and sub-consultant management positions him as a trusted guide to clients, consultants, and contractors alike.
