Tyrell Bradley

Principal Civil Engineer

Tyrell Bradley would describe himself as an extrovert, driven to take on challenges. He’s passionate about community, about mentoring his team, and creating relationships with clients. Tyrell joined LDC  in the beginning of 2022 as a Principal Engineer and a leader in our New Office in Olympia, Washington. Tyrell earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington and joins LDC with award-winning work in civil engineering design and management.

His extensive experience features 15 years of project management and civil design experience in a variety of public and private projects. The breadth of projects under his management includes commercial developments, single and multi-family parcels, ADA-compliance, parking facilities, as well as land development specializing in stormwater, sewer and water systems and improvements to roadways and sidewalks. Tyrell has been involved in projects throughout Thurston County including the iconic revitalization of the New Tumwater Craft District development, where he has worked hand in hand with the owner since the project inception.

I am passionate about my community. I want to ensure that the projects LDC works on, and the places that we create, have a lasting positive impact within the local jurisdictions and the people that live here.

With a family history in construction, Tyrell’s interest in civil engineering dates to high school. It is the technical work that he finds invigorating. He enjoys working with a team to solve issues, to find creative solutions to unique design challenges and focusing on the big picture without losing sight of the details.
