Vince Townsend
Director of Land Surveying
As LDC Headquarters’ Director of Land Surveying, Vince Townsend skillfully manages six survey crews as well as the office staff who prepare survey mapping. He joined LDC in 2011, and has since helped to shape and grow the surveying department through his dedication and leadership. His career includes an expansive array of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, including highway, right-of-way, residential, institutional, commercial, industrial, transportation, midrise building, GPS, topographic and laser-scanning.
Vince holds Professional Land Surveyor licenses in Washington, Oregon and California. He is skilled at producing plats, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, boundary line adjustments, right-of-way plans, legal descriptions, and exhibits. Vince consistently provides and encourages clear and open communication, keeping clients and staff well informed on all projects. As a result, his team enjoys working together, clients receive excellent service, and the survey department is poised for success as the company grows.
