Diking District No. 5 retained LDC as an owner’s representative for critical repair and rehabilitation projects along the Union Slough corridor in Snohomish County. These types of road improvement projects are an important part of ongoing maintenance.

LDC is assisting Diking District No. 5 with local, state, and federal permitting processes on and ongoing basis. A few examples of these types of processes include the following:

      • Coordination of project permitting
      • Assistance with District SEPA official work
      • Preparation of permit documents to support construction drawings, contracting, and project management

LDC's work helps to ensure successful completion of critical repairs in the community through an efficient and well communicated permit process.
