LDC was hired by Pacific Ridge Homes to assist with permitting the 1,300-unit mixed-use Eastview Village project. The LDC planning team’s involvement has included coordinating with the client, consultant team, and county to prepare project submittal documents and narratives. We have also provided an analysis of options to streamline the permitting process, prepared code changes which allow the project to meet client goals, and are working to ensure the project meets all county, state, and federal regulations.

Going Above the Standard

LDC focuses on strong project and schedule management and having a firm understanding of the code and permitting processes. With Eastview Village, we have implemented several ideas that have saved the client time while still maintaining the focus on meeting all county, state, and federal permitting requirements.
