LDC is assisting the City of Normandy Park with its 2024 Comprehensive Plan update. LDC’s work on the project includes preparing the Commerce Periodic Update Checklist and conducting a policy gap analysis relative to state law and regional policy changes. We are also assisting with the land capacity analysis, preparing GIS maps, and working together with the city team on updating plan elements including the Capital Facilities Plan (CFP). We are also helping with project visioning and community engagement.

Going Above the Standard

LDC has been fortunate to work as the city’s on-call planning consultant for the past four years. In this capacity, we have assisted with both permitting and planning projects and our understanding of the city’s values and growth challenges are an added asset in helping this important project move forward.
