North Cove Park Plaza Project

North Cove Park Plaza is a special place for the Lake Stevens community to celebrate their city and enjoy time with their family. This community project features two large plaza areas, a curbless street entrance, a water feature with splash pad elements, a regional Pavilion Building, a LID stormwater infiltration facility, and supporting infrastructure in the heart of Main Street. The project provides seamless non-motorized connections to North Cove Park, Main Street, and a multi-use pathway paralleling Main Street. LDC and the City of Lake Stevens' collaborative design and management approach was highly successful, delivering final design in less than three months. The Lake Stevens community can now gather on Main Street while taking in the breathtaking view of the Lake.
