Prosser Housing Action Plan

LDC was hired by the City of Prosser to develop their Housing Action Plan (HAP). The tasks for this project include quantifying existing and project housing needs for various income levels within the community, analyzing population and employment trends, and evaluating the success of implementing current comprehensive goals and policies related to housing. In addition, the HAP includes specific strategies and actions for implementing code and policy the city could take in the future to help address housing needs. Project work has included development and engagement with a project advisory committee, tabling events to connect with the community and presentations to the City of Prosser Planning Commission and Council.
