This summer, both our Woodinville and Olympia offices enjoyed the chance to slow down, relax, and share time together at our summer team barbecues. These gatherings are a great chance to connect outside the office, build relationships, enjoy a good meal, and, and celebrate the people who make LDC such a great place to work.
From friendly games to casual conversations, employees had the opportunity to unwind, laugh, and enjoy a summer afternoon with co-workers. The atmosphere was light and fun, and it was great to see team members from different departments mingling and getting to know one another in a more relaxed setting.
No barbecue would be complete without some favorites fresh off the grill. Burgers, hot dogs, and a hearty pot of chili made the rounds, with plenty of sides to match, and for dessert, strawberry shortcake was the perfect sweet finish. The spread was a hit in both offices, proving that a classic summer menu never goes out of style.
