Above the Standard
LDC utilizes years of experience in EV station design to provide clients with optimal and efficient design that meets the needs of all stakeholders. We have extensive experience across the country with many different EV providers and hosts (where stations are located) to satisfy client, host and AHJ requirements.
LDC provides the full set of drawings necessary to complete zoning approvals, building permits, and the construction drawing needs of our clients on a variety of build types, from lower power L2 installations to 350kv high power quick stations.
The LDC survey team provides boundary, topographical surveys, and construction staking to be used for each site layout by our civil and architectural team for permitting and construction needs.
LDC has extensive site grading and storm water experience on some of the toughest sites and can provide unsurpassed Final Site Grading and Drainage Plans. These plans include Road Grading, Detailed Site Grading, Horizontal Storm Pipe, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
LDC has years of experience working with jurisdictions to get our projects approved. Understanding the ins and outs of each requirement and process for gaining approval has enabled us to obtain permits quickly and effectively.
LDC can expertly obtain important information on potential and existing sites that are key to getting the deliverables completed to the benefit of our clients. This includes jurisdictional document procurement, field walks, or searches within online servers for all necessary information to complete site work and help determine the optimal location for EV dispensers.
